Quick answer
Choose a weapon for the job the encounter asks you to perform, then record the current weapon name, displayed stats and mission context. The official store description supports class abilities, gear customization and adapting to encounters, but it does not provide a complete current weapon list or permanent ranking. Do not turn a launch-week build into a default without a current-client check.
Build a useful loadout record
| Record | Why it matters | | --- | --- | | Mission and difficulty | A weapon result is contextual | | Weapon and attachment text | Preserves the current build wording | | Fireteam job | Explains why the choice was made | | Threat or encounter | Separates swarm control from priority-target work | | Result and failure point | Identifies the next test |
Start with one change. If a weapon is intended to hold a lane, record whether the lane stayed controlled. If it is intended to finish a priority target, record the timing and what the rest of the team did. Then compare the result with Co-op Roles.
Keep elemental or “best weapon” claims gated
Search demand can point to elemental ammo, new weapons and weapon lists, but the store page does not establish their current values, interactions, unlocks or mission guarantees. A creator’s preferred loadout is a lead, not an official default.
Use Difficulty and Challenge Cards when the mode is the variable. If the client fails while loading a weapon or mission, switch to Crashing and Performance.

If the loadout is meant to fill a missing team job, continue with Specialist Build Basics.
